PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use an appliance capable of cannulation of a blood vessel and being used for assisting an extracorporeal lung without a risk of inchemia on the downstream area of a cannulation section. PSOLUTION: The appliance 20 is for cannulation of a blood vessel 30 with a cannula 22 in fluidic communication with the blood vessel 30 after being inserted into the blood vessel 30. The appliance also has at least one means 24 for dividing the blood under control into a first subsidiary stream to be separated from the blood vessel 30 through the cannula 22 and a second subsidiary stream to continuously flow in the blood vessel 30.
