PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that an applicant needs much time when performing a plurality of application procedures.;SOLUTION: First, an application procedure integrating device 1 integrates application forms selected by the applicant from application forms registered by an applied authority 4 into one application form and prepares an integrated application form.Next, the application procedure integrating device 1 transmits the integrated application form to an applicant terminal 2, and receives the integrated application form entered by the applicant from the applicant terminal 2. Then, the application procedure integrating device 1 divides the application forms from the returned integrated application form, attaches attached documents acquired from an attached document issuing authority 3 to the application forms, and applications are made to the applied authority 4. By this mechanism, the applicant can concentrate the windows of applied authorities to the application procedure integrating device 1, utilize an integrated interface, and complete the entries into overlapped entry items only by one entry.
