PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of efficiently evaluating the performance of a thermoelectric material in a short time.;SOLUTION: The method for evaluating the performance of the thermoelectric material comprises steps of displaying a temperature distribution generated in the case of supplying a current to the thermoelectric material as an image by a thermography, and visually deciding a temperature difference of both ends of the material.
