PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To identify an individual withdrawal state with a withdrawal state identification inquiry sheet, and provide information for improvement. PSOLUTION: A computer technique is used to edit withdrawal mental state identification inquiry sheets into a webpage format and construct a database of paperless withdrawal state identification inquiry sheets. The withdrawal state identification inquiry sheets are given to examinees over the Internet to identify the examinees' withdrawal states. The examinees' answers can be identified online to gather statistics of withdrawal state degrees and the like and construct withdrawal state identification information about every examinee. Not only the examinees' withdrawal statues can be grasped consistently, but also every examinee's withdrawal state, advice for withdrawal state improvement depending on the withdrawal status, or the like can be provided.
