PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an onboard system for valid countermeasure to a collision accident and a system for validly supporting countermeasure facilitation to the collision. PSOLUTION: A collision countermeasure system 12 mounted on a vehicle is configured to estimate the possibility of collision with an object (60), and to transmit first information associated with the collision to the outside of the vehicle every moment from a stage that the possibility of collision is low (70), and to transmit second information to simulate the occurrence of collision to the outside of the vehicle just before the collision whose possibility is high (72). The supporting system 16 installed outside the vehicle receives the first information, and stores it in itself (80), and upon receiving the second information (82), estimates the colliding situations based on the first information by using it as a trigger (84), and executes support processing (86). The information is transmitted before the actual collision, and even when the onboard system 12 breaks down due to collision, the system 16 outside the vehicle is able to validly support the proper countermeasure facilitation to the accident based on the information before the collision.
