PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately estimate inventory assets or the like even when the plan and actual state of product sale are separated from each other. PSOLUTION: In this method of simulating the inventory assets and the turnover rate of the inventory assets, the simulation of the inventory assets or the like is performed by using a computer.The method comprises a step for moving forward a time point as a base point for MRP calculation by the computer and a step for performing the MRP calculation in which a planned separation ratio which is the separated ratio of an planned sales volume to an expected actually sold volume is inputted, calculating a delivered volume and a stock volume at the advanced time point, and calculating the trend of the stock volume.
