PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine, before delivering the goods, success or failure on quality of transported food after the transportation.;SOLUTION: Action designation data designated by a food seller against data logger to be transported together with the food to be transported are downloaded from the transportation food quality monitoring server device 10 through a communication network 50 using a communication instrument 23 by a food shipment person 20 to set to the data logger 22 in radio. The data logger 22 are stored with the food in respective transportation containers 21, are handed to a transporter and is transported by a transportation vehicle 40. After the transportation containers 21 are unloaded from the transportation vehicle 40, before the respective transportation containers 21 are delivered to a receiver, history data recorded in the data logger 22 in the transportation containers 21 are read out in radio using a portable communication instrument 31 by the transporter and are transferred to the server device 10. Success or failure of the quality of the food in the transportation containers is determined by the server device in every transportation containers and the result of the determination is informed to the portable communication instrument 31.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
