PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an equipment storage rack, an air-conditioner for a computer room and an air-conditioning system for the computer room, for sufficiently cooling equipment while contributing to energy saving. PSOLUTION: The air-conditioning system for the computer room comprises a passage 4 having an internal space 5 under a floor, an equipment storage rack group 3 installed on both sides across the passage 4 for supplying air from the front face and exhausting heated air to the upper or back face, and the air-conditioner 6. Cooling air blown out of the air-conditioner 6 flows in the internal space 5 under the floor of the passage 4 and is blown out of holes in the floor surface of the passage 4 over the floor of the passage 4 for cooling the equipment stored in the racks 3, and then it flows in a space above the racks 3 and is sucked again into the air-conditioner 6.
