PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning equipment start system, an air conditioning equipment starter, an air conditioning equipment start method and a computer program capable of preventing air conditioning equipment from being started against a user's intention when the user going home starts the air conditioning equipment installed in his/her house from a remote place.;SOLUTION: The system inquires of the user who is going back to his/her house 4 whether he/she wants to start an air conditioner 6 which is air conditioning equipment installed in the house 4, when a timing of starting the air conditioner 6 has come (S3). When the user selects the start of the air conditioner 6 in the inquiry, the system starts the air conditioner 6 (S5). Later, when detecting a factor of a late arrival of the user to the house, the system inquires of the user whether he/she wants to stop the air conditioner 6 (S8).
