PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method for a composition having an activating action of a dispensed NK cell from a barley shochu distillation residual liquid, and to provide a production method for an activated NK cell-containing composition. PSOLUTION: The producing method of a composition having an activating action of a NK cell comprises at least the steps of: obtaining a liquid component by solid-liquid separating the barley shochu distillation residual liquid by-produced in a producing method of the shochu using barley as a raw material, and applying a thickening treatment to the liquid component by ultrafiltrating using an ultrafiltration membrane, and in the thickening treatment to the liquid component by ultrafiltrating, containing substantially no uronic acid, but containing a polysaccharide consisting of xylose, arabinose and glucose, obtaining a thickened liquid having the activating action of the NK cell, and obtaining the composition comprising the thickened liquid. The producing method of the activated NK cell-containing composition comprises containing the activated NK cell with the composition having the activating action of the NK cell.
