PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hydroxyl group-containing aqueous polyurethane resin composition capable of providing a two-part type aqueous polyurethane composition having excellent adhesion even to a hardly adhesive plastic substrate and excellent even in film physical properties, the two-part type aqueous polyurethane composition comprising the composition as a principal component and adhesive and a coating agent comprising the two-part type aqueous polyurethane composition. SOLUTION: This hydroxyl group-containing aqueous polyurethane resin composition is obtained by carrying out a chain extending reaction of a neutralized substance of an isocyanate group-terminated prepolymer prepared by reacting (a) an organic polyisocyanate compound with (b) a high-molecular weight polyol containing a dimer diol and (c) a compound having an anionic hydrophilic group and two or more active hydrogens with (e) at least one kind of compound selected from a water-soluble polyamine and hydrazine or derivatives thereof, of without conducting the chain extending reaction, and blocking the terminal isocyanate groups with (d) a primary amine or a secondary amine compound having hydroxyl group. The two-part type aqueous polyurethane composition comprises the hydroxyl group- containing aqueous polyurethane resin composition as a principal component. The adhesive and coating agent comprise the two-part type aqueous polyurethane composition.
