PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hydroxyl group-containing aqueous acrylic/urethane resin composition capable of giving a two liquid type aqueous acrylic/urethane composition having an excellent adhesion property even to a plastic base material, difficult in adhesion and excellent in membrane physical properties, a two liquid type aqueous composition containing the composition as a main agent, and an adhesive and a coating material containing the two liquid type aqueous composition.;SOLUTION: The hydroxyl group-containing aqueous acrylic/urethane resin composition is obtained by reacting (a) an organic polyisocyanate compound with (b) a high molecular weight polyol containing an acrylic polyol and (c) a compound having an anionic hydrophilic group and ≥2 active hydrogen atoms to obtain a pre-polymer having an isocyanate terminal, neutralizing it, performing or not performing a chain extension reaction of the neutralized material by using (e) a water soluble polyamine, hydrazine or one of their derivatives, and blocking the terminal isocyanate group by using (d) a primary amine or secondary amine compound having hydroxyl group.
