PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a hydraulic machine from causing a malfunction even in an abnormal state of a potentiometer by sticking of water and dust while an operation lever for a hydraulic actuator is in a neutral position when starting maneuvering operation after starting an engine after a long-term stoppage of the hydraulic machine.;SOLUTION: This driving control device has a stoppage time measuring means for calculating rest time from operation finishing time of the last time when starting the hydraulic machine, and an operation signal validity/invalidity switching means for validating an operation signal when operating the operation lever in the whole operation directions by at least one time or more, and invalidating the operation signal while the operation lever is not operated in the whole operation directions by at least one time or more. Respective hydraulic actuators of the hydraulic machine are operated after the potentiometer is put in a normally operating state so that the malfunction when starting maneuvering operation after the long-term stoppage can be prevented, and safety and reliability can be secured.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
