PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system, a device, a method and a program, providing highly reliabile medical information on the basis of scientific ground. PSOLUTION: This system includes the medical information provision device 1, while the medical information provision device 1 has a user terminal interface 20, a knowledge database 18 storing knowledge about medical treatment, and a medical information generation part 19 referring to the knowledge database according to present state information and personal information from the user terminal 2 and generating the medical information. The knowledge database stores systematized medical information data and estimation data showing the scientific ground in a form of reliability interval expression expressing an interval of an element and a degree wherein the element belongs to the interval, and also stores a relevance degree between the medical information data in the form of the reliability interval expression.
