PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a life condition environment expressing device and an expressing device capable of watching the life condition/life environment of a resident, and facilitating countermeasures to any generated abnormality as quickly as possible by transmitting information associated with the abnormality.;SOLUTION: A life condition environment expressing device is provided with a sensing functioning part 1 set in residence being the target of sensing, or directly carried for grasping in-residence environment, in-residence facility, in-residence equipment, the action of a resident, the movement or attitudes of the resident and the biological information of the resident, a conversion functioning part 2 for converting sensor data obtained from the sensing functioning part 1 into information indicating life conditions or in-residence environment, a communication functioning part 3 for transmitting information from the target of sensing to a person who wants to grasp the condition, an expressing function part 4 set in a familiar place in the daily life of the person who wants to grasp the condition, or daily carried for expressing information and an environment measuring device 7 for measuring the surrounding environment of the expression functioning part 4.
