PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that only uniform service is provided in providing service concerned with contents to each user because handicaps such as a user's physical state are not considered. SOLUTION: A client terminal previously stores physical information concerned with a user's physical state, converts a request inputted from the user into request information on the basis of the physical information and transmits the request information to a contents information providing device. An application is activated from the contents information providing device and information such as service provider information necessary for receiving the service for the application is inputted as application reference information.
