PURPOSE:To obtain the subject preventive containing toxoid of Streptococcalpyrogenic exotoxin and excellent in safety and therapeutic effect. CONSTITUTION:The objective preventive and therapeutic agent contains toxoid of Streptococcalpyrogenic exotoxin, preferably F (ab')2 fraction of IgG separated and prepared from an antiserum prepared as an antigen from toxoid of Streptococcalpyrogenic exotoxin. Furthermore, the dose is preferably 3-15mug.
