PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network security system and its method or the like which allows a manager of parallel SSO where an authentication mechanism is associated with FW to control access for each user without resetting a security policy for the authentication mechanism, thereby dispersing loads and avoiding dependence on a protocol, etc. PSOLUTION: The authentication mechanism 30 has a user authentication means 31 for authenticating each user by comparing user information with information on correspondence between user information stored in a database 32 and an information resource 3A which each user desires to access, and a data creating means 33 which obtains each user's sender information to create data 35 together with the right to access the information resource 3A. The firewall mechanism 36 has a security policy changing means 38 which analyzes and reads the decoded data to automatically change the security policy according to the data analyzed.
