PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a formation of a plurality of case names of maintenance facility data, without depending on time series and to efficiently manage the case names in a small memory capacity. PSOLUTION: A power system distributed monitoring controller includes main computers A, B having on-line facility databases 101, 201, a maintenance computer D having a maintenance facility database 402 for maintaining the on-line facility database, an on-line facility database 401, and a simulated test computer C of the facility database. The facility database stores master data during the present service and the differential data of a change part between the case names of a unit of the maintenance separately. The maintenance computer has a case name managing function unit 41 for managing the respective names of the facility database, a facility data change function unit 42 for changing the facility data, a facility database developing function unit 43 and a switching function unit 44 of the on-line facility database of each computer.
