PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to reduce power consumption of a building as a whole, floors and rooms by reducing wasteful power consumption of OA equipment and installed apparatuses. PSOLUTION: A plurality of items of OA equipment are connected to the facilities installed, at a place where the OA equipment is installed via a network. The OA equipment are provided with a facility-monitoring means for monitoring the working state of the the facilities, and the facilities are each provided with an OA equipment monitoring means for monitoring the working state of the OA equipment via the network. The OA equipment is provided with an energy-saving means for controlling the power consumption by itself depending on a result of the facility monitoring means, and each of the facilities is provided with an energy-saving means for controlling own power consumption, depending on the result of the OA equipment monitoring means.
