PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the mistaken registration of an ID, particularly facilitate the registration of the ID with the addition and change of a transmitter in an ID collating system in which the ID transmitted from the transmitter is received by a receiver and collated with the ID for collation and specified processing is carried out.;SOLUTION: A transmitter mode changeover device and a receiver mode changeover device are operated, and the transmitter is changed into an ID registration mode while the receiver is changed into an ID transmission mode (S1). The ID for the collation transmitted from the receiver is set (S2). The natural ID of the receiver itself is read and set as the ID for the collation. An ID transmitter for the receiver is operated, and the ID for the collation is transmitted (S3). The ID for the collation is received by the ID receiver (S4), and the ID for the collation is registered as an ID for the transmitter by an ID register (S5) in the transmitter.
