PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data distribution system linked to an existing application program.;SOLUTION: The data distribution system comprises a material DB 309 constructed for a material system; a display program 307b containing an SQL(Structured Query Language) for accessing the material DB 309 to extract data and outputting the data extracted; a workflow data storage part 201 for storing document numbers in association with the display program 307b to specify the data stored in the material DB 309 and for storing the identification information of a person in charge of executing actions and the order of the actions in association with the document numbers; a unique document management part 303 which executes the display program 307b according to the designation of the document number; and a WF framework part 301 which distributes a message urging the execution of the actions to the next person in charge according to WF information corresponding to the document number and the order defined by WF order information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
