PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the secrecy of document data and to improve the convenience of a document operation by performing the biometrics of fingerprints, signatures and voiceprints, etc. PSOLUTION: A fingerprint input device 121 reads the fingerprint as the biological information of a user. At the time of access by the user to the document data 104, the fingerprint authentication means 107 of a biometrics means 106 performs the biometrics of collating the biological information of the user read beforehand with the read biological information and decides the permission of the access to the document data 104 on the basis of a collated result. In an access right list 103 of the document data 104, a kind of the required biometrics and a possible operation to the document data are set for each user. A document operation execution means 110 executes a prescribed operation to the document data 104 related to the biological information beforehand, and thus, the required document operation is simultaneously executed and the convenience is improved.
