IN-HOUSE COMMUNICATION METHOD AND IN-HOUSE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure stable data transmission between stations separated apart over a wide range, even if the clearance between a portable/mounted slave station and a master station connected to a host computer is not obtained for an object being monitored.;SOLUTION: Using a radio communication system which is easy in introduction and maintenance ensures independence between buildings, and utilizes electromagnetic wave propagation in an evanescent mode, allowing side-by-side installation by the existing radio communication system, and a communication apparatus is structured for an object to be monitored or to which information is supplied in the building. A master station of the radio communication system using the evanescent mode is installed in the building and a slave station is installed at the object in the building. The object which is a person or an apparatus transmits its own information to the master station. The master station connected to a host computer transmits the transmitted information to the host computer and transmits information set by the computer for the object to the slave station, and the slave station transfers the transmitted information to the object.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
