PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inspect the operation of the whole system even in a state wherein the Internet can not be used through a telephone line before a house is delivered.;SOLUTION: Disclosed is an in-house information power distribution board device 20 used for an in-house electric equipment remote control system S capable of remotely controlling lighting fixtures 43 and 44 in the house, an entrance door lock 45, etc., based upon a remote control signal sent from a mobile communication terminal 10 through the Internet 40.
