PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain health food intended for maintaining sweet taste using a food material for promoting health, stably sustaining a jam-like form and increasing sesamin content.;SOLUTION: This health food is obtained by using as the main sweetener Momordicae fructus essence instead of honey, adding paste sesame to half liquefied sesame obtained by heating and mashing sesame to increase the sesamin content, and adding as the sweetener oligosaccharide and liquid Momordicae fructus essence. The raw material comprises the mixture of 70-80 wt.% of mixed sesame obtained by appropriately mixing 10-60 wt.% of the heated and mashed half liquefied sesame with 10-60 wt.% of the paste sesame, 10-15 wt.% of the oligosaccaride and 5-10 wt.% of the liquid Momordicae fructus essence.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
