PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device, a boundary router device, a server device, a system and a method for communication, a routing method, a communication program and a routing program for detecting the legitimacy of a transmitter and preventing damaged by pretence in services using an anycast address.;SOLUTION: A boundary router 20 detects a transmitter's address of a response packet, detects an identifier for indicating an anycast address of the response packet when the transmitter's address differs from a transmitted address, detects identifiers in communication devices 10a, 10b, 10c to 10n for verifying the response packet and the in response packet, and verifies from pre-stored information related to the server device that the response packet is the one transmitted by the server.
