PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unrigid joint method of a pile head of a small calibered steel pipe pile in a housing foundation capable of preventing the damage of a foundation in a joint section of the small calibered steel pipe pile having a vertical load by taking a horizontal force occurring in an earthquake as base isolation.;SOLUTION: In foundation work as that for the small calibered steel pile in the housing foundation, the joint method is so performed that a pile head cap (2) having wing pieces (2a, 2b and 2c) with circumference bent in the vertical and horizontal directions is crowned on the pile head (1) and that upper surfaces of piles are arranged at the lower end of a footing (3) to carry out the work. A plurality of piles (X) as the small calibered steel pipe piles are driven, and the footing (3) is constructed on the line, and the pile head cap (2) is crowned on the pile head (1), a form (Y) is assembled from above, reinforcing bars are arranged, and concrete is placed to constitute the footing.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
