PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slope vegetation earth and sand filled mat and a vegetation sandbag capable of assisting plants and trees in growth without preventing the growth of the plants and trees for vegetation. PSOLUTION: The slope vegetation earth and sand filled mat includes the front side net texture sections 4 constituted by zigzag knitting the front side flat strings 3 between the front side yarn 2 rows of front side yarn knitting for a plurality of rows, similarly the back side net texture sections 40 constituted by knitting the back side flat strings 30 between the back side yarn 20 rows, an earth and sand storage section 6 formed between each front side net texture section 4 and each back side net texture section 40 by connecting both circumferential edge sections 5 of the front side net texture sections 4 and the back side net texture sections 40 and an earth and sand filled inlet 6b made in each front side net texture section 4 and connected to the earth and sand storage section 6, and at least the back side flat strings 30 of the back side net texture sections 40 are constituted by using two kinds of strings of non-corrosive fibers and corrosive fibers.
