PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foundation structure, a construction method and a steel-pipe-mounted precast concrete pile for a steel-framed building that can reduce construction costs and shorten a construction period by avoiding on-site work and excavation work while rigidifying connection between the precast concrete pile and a steel column both constituting the foundation structure and smoothing transfer of bending stress.;SOLUTION: The foundation structure 1 for a steel-framed building comprises the precast concrete pile 2 of a circular hollow section driven in a given position in ground, a steel pipe 4 having the same or smaller outside diameter as or than the precast concrete pile 2 and joined to a head end face 5 of the precast concrete pile, and the steel column 3 installed in a given position in the steel pipe and integrated via concrete 8. The steel pipe has at a lower end a mounting flange, which is bolted to the head end face. Shear reinforcements are supported by vertical reinforcements projected from the head end face and are fixed to the head end face.
