PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wide-mouthed stopper, which is fitted on a PET bottle whose content is finished up to enable the PET bottle to be reused as a canteen, into which ice or the like put in, or a carrying container for a variety of small articles.;SOLUTION: The wide-mouthed stopper is fitted on the cut ends of respective portions of the drum of the PET bottle P that is cut into upper and lower portions almost at the level. The stopper enables the re-coupling or separation of the upper drum portion and the lower drum portion, and comprises an upper edge member 1 fitted on the cut end P1 of the upper drum portion, a lower edge member 2 fitted on the cut end P2 of the lower drum portion, and an intermediate member 3 coupled to or separated from both edge members 1, 2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
