PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to add additional information simply without correcting an original document, even when additional information is required for the document. PSOLUTION: An additional information setting section 10 allows additional information to be added to a document to be stored independently from the document. An output section 16 adds the additional information, which is selected from an additional information storage section 20 by an additional information selecting section 12, to a specified position relative to the document selected by an output target selecting section 14, and outputs it.
