PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for measuring a volatilizing amount of volatile organic compound (VOC) for measuring a volatilizing amount from a volatile organic compound coated on a inside wall of a packaging material. PSOLUTION: A packaging material 7 is bored into two holes of diameters equal to outer diameter of a Teflon (R) tube 4 on upper and lower sealed parts, the Teflon (R) tubes 4 are inserted therein considering airtightness, and kept in a thermostatic chamber 3 while keeping at a testing temperature. A chemical clean air supplied from a chemical clean air supplying unit 2 controlled in a predetermined humidity via humidity controller 5 is supplied into the airtight package material, and the volatile organic compound (VOC) volatilized from the inner wall surface of the packaging material 7 is captured by an adsorbing tube 8, the VOC adsorbed by the adsorbing tube 8 is separated. The volatilizing amount or volatilizing speed is processed by the heat separation-qualitative/quantitative analyses by an analyzer 10, etc., such as gas chromatograph/mass spectrometer (GC/MS) methods.
