PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a favorable cable with branch for collective housing and a wiring method for it wherein the work of routing a cable to each dwelling unit in collective housing is facilitated and the appearance is improved.;SOLUTION: A cable 30 with branch for collective housing is formed by multipoint-connecting a plurality of branched cables 35 to the branching points of a trunk cable 33. The cable 30 with branch is led from the outdoors into the space 54 under floor between the building body 32 and the mat foundation 50 constituting the collective housing 31 and open-wired there. The branched cables 35 are pulled up from the branching points housed in inspection boxes 40 placed above floor and wired in each dwelling unit in the collective housing 31.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
