PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operator authority management system facilitating operator authority management in a server system. PSOLUTION: An operator authority management server 2 is provided with an operator authority management DB group 4 managing the relation between each operator group and the authority in a matrix manner, an operator authority management function 5 managing the operator authority management DB group 4, using a matrix indicating the relation between each operator group and the authority, and a WWW server 6. An operator authority operation terminal 3 is provided with a WWW client 7.
