In this case, the penetrating quantity X denotes the distance between the proximity side vertical tangents of the surface and back suppor rolls 2 in the steel sheel 1, and the nearer one is defined as the plus. Moreover, the constant (a) is the standard penetrating quantity optimally decided in accordance with the diameter of the support rolls, the distance in the vertical direction of the support rolls on both faces of the steel sheet or the like at the time of applying the steel sheet having the standard thickness with the plating.
