PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a program for budget/actual result management capable of providing an environment for a person in charge of the management and the person's superior to easily obtain information and facilitating reduction of the items whose targets have not been achieved by urging the person in charge to improve the situation on the items.;SOLUTION: In the budget/actual result management system connected to a plurality of client terminals through a network, data by each management item is displayed in the expression corresponding to the degree of achievement of a target in response to a request from a client terminal. As for the management item whose degree of achievement is low, a screen for inputting a comment on the item is provided and a comment inputted from a client terminal is received and stored.
