PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new ammonium carbonate zirconium aqueous solution prepared so as to avoid the problem that defects occur in the appearance and physical properties of various products obtained by using an ammonium carbonate zirconium aqueous solution.;SOLUTION: The ammonium carbonate zirconium aqueous solution further comprises tartaric acid and/or the salt thereof by 12.0 to 40.0 wt.% to the content of zirconium dioxide when the total content of the ammonium carbonate zirconium is converted into zirconium dioxide.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
