PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ammonium zirconium carbonate aqueous solution showing higher crosslinking performance than hitherto, when being used for water-soluble polymer compound crosslinking.;SOLUTION: In this solution containing a carbonic acid kind and a chelating agent, the molar ratio between the carbonic acid kind and zirconium is 3-9, and the molar ratio between the chelating agent and zirconium is 0.01-1. The chelating agent is one kind or two or more kinds selected from ethanolamine, tartaric acid, citric acid, lactic acid, gluconic acid, glycolic acid and salts thereof.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
