PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To completely avoid a jam up of trays continuously pushed into a furnace, reduce consumption of thermal energy in the furnace, enhance efficiency of heating work, and reduce a manufacturing cost of the trays in an inert atmosphere continuous furnace of a tray pusher system using a graphite tray.;SOLUTION: A guiding means having grooves slidably contacting side end rims so as to hold both side end rims in a traveling direction of the tray and guiding and supporting the end rims is provided in a longitudinal direction of the furnace. Rocking of the tray is prevented, the jam up of the trays is prevented, heat efficiency of the furnace is improved since volume of the tray is reduced, and it is economic since the manufacturing cost of the tray itself is reduced.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
