PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for controlling lifting of vehicles capable of dissolving disadvantages such as contacting of an implement to the ground, repeating of unneeded lifting operations and so forth. ;SOLUTION: A control means 102 for controlling a lifting operation means CY to bring the ground height of an implement to an objective height is installed. When in an initial operation state from the beginning of lifting control to the establishment of the end of a predetermined initial operation, selected data based on a selection condition for the initial operation out of plural detected ground height data repeatedly detected by a ground height sensor S1 during a detection processing cycle are treated to be averaged, when in an ordinary operational state, selected data based on a selection condition for the ordinary operation out of plural data are treated to average them to calculate the calculated ground height.
