PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the selection of a menu providing a balanced meal by a user while preventing the user's labor of trial and error by preliminarily reporting, in the selection of the menu from a plurality of menus supplementing insufficient calory or nutrients by the user, the calory or nutrient quantity after the intake of this menu. PSOLUTION: When a target intake quantity of each nutrient is inputted from an input part 1, a nutrient quantity total calculation part 3c calculates the total of each nutrient of the past menus registered in a history information storage part 5, and a nutrient quantity difference calculation part 3b calculates the difference the between calculated total of each nutrient and the target quantity. A menu information retrieval part 2b retrieves the menus with all nutrient quantities being within the difference from a menu information storage part 4.
