PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a practical reservation system by a computer and a cellular phone.;SOLUTION: A waiting for a call reservation function with reservation order is added to the reservation system so that a cancel waiting reservation (input) can be performed, and change information is regularly reported to a user and a manager. According to this, in the occurrence of a reservation cancel or reservation change, the system automatically resisters the reservation of a high priority of waiting, and this change is automatically delivered to a waiting-reserving person who gets a main reservation through the cellular phone.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
