PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method for managing a denitration catalyst of a denitration equipment for grasping an actually deteriorated denitration catalyst and exchanging the deteriorated denitration catalyst efficiently on the basis of the grasped state.;SOLUTION: This device for managing the denitration catalyst packed in each of several beds of a flue gas denitration equipment is provided with: NOx measuring means 16A to 16E for measuring the NOx concentration on the inlet side and that on the outlet side of each of the several denitration catalyst-packed beds 14A to 14D; NH3 measuring means 17A to 17E for measuring the NH3 concentration on the inlet side and that on the outlet side of each of the beds 14A to 14D; and a denitration rate measuring means 18 for measuring a denitration rate η in each of the beds 14A to 14D by considering the molar ratio of the NH3 to the NOx on the inlet side.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
