METHOD OF MANAGING JOB BY USING COMPUTER

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the work burdens of a manager and to provide information for making a person in charge perform a job in an appropriate form. PSOLUTION: A job management method comprises the steps of: registering data about the activity state of the person in charge and the data about a problem solving state in the job being performed by the person in charge to a storage device on the basis of the data received from the terminal of the person in charge; judging the propriety of the job performed by the person in charge by using prescribed rules at least about the activity state and the problem solving state stored in a rule storage part and the data stored in the storage device; and transmitting the data indicating the propriety of the job performed by the person in charge to a manager terminal. In such a manner, the manager can make an appropriate judgement without taking time especially for information gathering and analysis. PCOPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
