PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for logically and objectively analyzing the power of each succor team and a means for easily utilizing it.;SOLUTION: A storage means 5 stores a game result code as a reference index reflecting the qualitative strength by home and away for each succor team collected from an existing database related to succor teams, and other related data items of each soccer team from the existing database or by input processing. An arithmetic processing means 6 retains mathematical expressions necessary for correlation analytic operation, linear sum operation and normalization operation, qualitatively associates the stored game result code as reference index with the other related data items by correlation analytic operation, and performs the qualitative power grading of each succor team by linear sum operation by home and away of each succor team based on an association index.
