PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize health consultation without diminishing volition of persons who will consult about their health. PSOLUTION: A health consultation system has a PC 110 which is used by a member A of a company C which has made a consignment contract with a doctor B for health consultation activities and transmits a message including consultation contents of the member A, a health consultation mediation device 112 which stores consultation contents in the message and transmits an electronic mail addressed to the doctor B, and a mobile machine 107 which the doctor B carries. When the doctor B who has received the electronic mail operates the mobile machine 107 to access the health consultation mediation device 112, the message including the consultation contents is transmitted from the health consultation mediation device 112 to the mobile machine 107.
