PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for offering a mediation support service including communication between a user who requests various health consultations including second opinions and a doctor or medical institution as an adviser. PSOLUTION: This health consultation service platform (30) communicatively connected to a user terminal to be used by a user who requests health consultation and an adviser terminal to be used by a hospital or doctor is provided with an adviser management table (321) for registering adviser information relating to a hospital or a doctor and the first communication configuration information available by the terminal, a means (31) for receiving consultation request information including the consultation content information and second communication configuration information as desired communication configuration information from the user terminal and means (32, 33) for selecting the adviser corresponding to the request of the user by referring to the adviser management table (321) based on the consultation request information and the second communication configuration information, and for transmitting at least one of information relating to the selected adviser and the list to the user terminal.
