PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a research client to easily collate raw data with questions in transferring the raw data to the research client.;SOLUTION: A research server stores a questionnaire slip consisting of a plurality of questions, and the questionnaire slip is made to circulate among respondent terminals to let answers to the questions inputted from the respondent terminals. Input information received from the respondent terminals is stored as the raw data. A parameter is attached in accordance with each question in the questionnaire slip, and a questionnaire slip for a research client obtained by displaying these parameters in or near respective answer input fields of the questionnaire slip circulated among the respondent terminals are transmitted as well as the raw data with the parameters to the research client terminal.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
