PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate play between adjacent coils and to prevent shape defect from easily occurring by housing respective cone-type springs in multiple successive bags and arraying them in a planar state so as to permit the adjacent cone-type springs to be vertically and reversely combined. ;SOLUTION: The cone-type springs 2, 2',... are sealed inside the multiple successive bags 1, 1',... and the springs 2, 2',... inside the adjacent bags 1, 1',... are sealed so as to be vertically reverse. Spring strings 3 where the cone-type springs 2, 2',... are sealed inside the successive bags 1, 1',... are returned in the width direction of a mattress (a return is not restricted in the width direction of the mattress and can be in a length direction), weaved and arrayed in the rectangular and planar shape so as to form a pocket spring sheet 4.
